ECR Properties was established in 2006 by equestrian expert Emily Cooper-Reade as an independent agency specialising in Equestrian, Country and Rural property.  The company based in Suffolk, primarily covers the East Anglia region with the area for off-market and more substantial equestrian properties extending Nationwide.

Emily Cooper-Reade’s business experience with the property market started in Rural Agency specialising in the sale of lakes, fisheries and leisure properties.  Previous to setting up ECR Properties, Emily worked in association with an established firm of Estate Agents developing their country and equestrian department.

With full member status of the National Association of Estate Agents, Emily holds the NAEA Technical Award.

Emily has had many years experience with the equestrian world, including running her own competition and training yard, and competed at dressage to National Championship level. She still owns two retired dressage horses and occasionally enjoys hacks at weekends. More recently Emily has taken up the challenge of cycling and running to keep fit.  In 2016 she ran the Ipswich Half Marathon raising money for East Anglia Air Ambulance and has completed a few 100 mile cycle sportifs.
